SEPAR FILTER MENA RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

At SEPAR FILTER MIDDLE EAST, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or clearance items, are non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@separfilter.ae  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  3. Shipping the Product: Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. After approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  • Partial Refunds: Items returned in incomplete or damaged condition may qualify for partial refunds, depending on the extent of damage.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@separfilter.ae. If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@separfilter.ae

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@separfilter.ae. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to process your return or exchange more quickly.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend marking your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees.
